Art on a Limb

  • Date: 05/01/2024  (all day)

art on a limb

When the dogwoods have bloomed and the azaleas have peaked, art pieces will be popping up along the city greenway, trails, and parks as Suwanee celebrates its annual finders-keepers Art on a Limb program.

A beloved Suwanee tradition, Art on a Limb is an award-winning, month-long program designed to celebrate the arts, as well as the natural beauty of the Suwanee parks and greenways. Since 2005, the city has hidden two pieces of specially created artwork daily throughout the month of May within city parks and along the greenway; those who find the trail treasures get to keep them.

Past Art on a Limb pieces have included fairy doors, clay birds and orbs, gnomes, small canvas paintings, magnets, pottery, bird houses and clay stones.

This year, we’re looking for something new, unique, and fun!

Proposals for submitting entries to be considered are due February 16, 2024. Click here for more information and an application.
