5th Annual Suwanee Half Marathon & Old Town 5k

Suwanee, Georgia 30024 - Introduction: Join us for the 5th annual Suwanee Half Marathon and the newly added Old Town 5k on February 10, 2019, presented by Performance Race Services along with the City of Suwanee. These races benefit the Suwanee Public Arts program.

Those who have supported and run ALL 5 years of the Suwanee Half Marathon will receive special commemorative jackets/pull overs!
Start Times:
The Half Marathon will start at 7:30 AM in front of City Hall and the Old Town 5k will start at 7:40 AM on Main Street (across from the library). For those running the 5k, don't forget to cheer on the half marathon runners as they come by you!
Awards:
Half Marathon: Top 3 OVERALL Winners (M/F) and top 3 M/F in the age groups: 0-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-70, 70+
5k: Top OVERALL Winner (M/F), Top MASTER Winner (M/F) and top 3 M/F in the age groups: 0-10,11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-70, 70+
5k awards will start at 8:40 AM (1 hour after start) and Half Marathon awards at 10:00 AM (2:30 after start)
Registration Pricing:
Open - 12/31/18 at Midnight: Half - $65.00, 5k - $30.00
01/01/19 - 02/07/19: Half - $75.00, 5k - $35.00
Packet Pick up or RACE DAY REGISTRATION will be $85.00 for the Half and $40.00 for the 5k (but there is no shirt guaranteed). If you register day of, shirts will need to be picked up after race to make sure all preregistered runners receive their shirts and there are no guarantees we will have your size left.
TIME CUT OFF - There will be a 3:30 cut off time for official results, starting from the half marathon start time of 7:30 (so 11:00 AM cut off). Any runner on the course after this time will be considered a pedestrian and you will need to move to the sidewalk.
Volunteers:
As with any race, volunteers are always needed. Please use the sign up link for Volunteers on the registration page. If you sign up before the shirt cut off January 12, we will get you a custom Suwanee Half / Old Town 5k volunteer shirt. We and the runners will appreciate you being there!
*The Suwanee Half will also be providing pacers from BEAST Pacing to help you meet your AJC Peachtree Road Race Corral qualifying time (Corral - A, B, C, D and E). The Course is USATF Certified: GA14090WC and can be used for AJC PeachTree Road Race Qualification **UPDATE: Unfortunately the back up course is not certified.
